Sue’s massage practice is grounded in the restoration of wellness. With over two decades of experience since 2004, Sue brings a profound understanding of human anatomy to her sessions. Doubling as a seasoned yoga instructor since 2010, she integrates movement suggestions to complement your post-massage well-being. Specializing in a diverse range of techniques, including myofascial release, neuro-muscular therapy, traditional Thai massage, trigger point work, and cranio-sacral therapy, Sue’s aim is to harmonize the body’s musculature and energy, cultivating pain-free movement and flexibility. Through mindful movement and breath, Sue’s yoga classes are rooted with a deep understanding of anatomy and alignment. It is her intention to create a space where you can connect a little deeper to your own amazing body, mind and spirit.

It is through the alignment of the body that I discovered the alignment of mind, self and intelligence.
